Job Description:
Order Development and Management:
– Receive sample testing requests from customers.
– Transfer all relevant information (sample test requests, customer codes) to the Sales Account Coordinator to initiate the sample testing process.
– Follow up on information and progress from the Sales Account Coordinator and update customers accordingly.
– Based on customer needs for export market development and the company’s available resources, search for, evaluate, negotiate, and propose the selection of international distributors.
– For small and medium-sized customers: proactively search for and develop customers, and report to the Head of Department.
– Compile and manage customer information, including customer profiles, contracts and mutual commitments, agreed product standards, and packaging standards.
– For existing customers: provide customer care, monitor order progress, and handle other related tasks.
– Promote orders and actively market AMGRES Factory’s product collections to achieve sales targets assigned by the Head of Department.
– Receive order and pricing proposals from customers and submit them to the Head of Department for approval.
– Receive customer feedback and propose solutions for handling requests, complaints, and claims.
– Carry out export/shipping procedures.
– Maintain and develop customer relationships.
– Report directly to the Head of Sales.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in business or economics are an advantage.
– Proficient English communication skills.
– No prior work experience required.
– Good communication skills; presentable appearance.
– Preference for young candidates aged 22–27.
