Job Description:
– Market analysis and periodic reporting: Prepare scheduled market reports to assess trends and business opportunities.
– Market and distributor development: Identify, develop, and expand markets and distributors.
– Business planning and sample deployment: Propose wholesale business plans and sample deployment strategies for each assigned region/channel; plan and allocate sample budgets based on actual needs.
– Policy and solution development: Develop market-specific implementation policies and propose prompt support solutions when issues arise from distributors or the market.
– Implementation effectiveness evaluation: Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual performance evaluations and prepare reports for each deployment phase to improve business strategies and execution plans.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher; major in economics or international trade is an advantage.
– Solid understanding of import–export processes, regulations, and procedures.
– Proficient English communication skills.
– 2–3 years of experience in the import–export field.
– Strong management and leadership potential.
– Good communication skills and the ability to train and develop teams.
